This was the first time I had seen Dr Al-Shakarchi, and she instantly put me at my ease. She was friendly, open and listened to everything I had to say. She took the time to completely review my case with me, going right back to my first diagnosis. I really felt like a person instead of just a patient. I left my appointment feeling I had seen someone who really cared. Thank you Dr Al-Shakarchi.

I sat in on Dr. Al-Shakarchi's clinic and was very impressed by her approach to patients and professionalism. She took the time to identify what mattered to her patients and involved them in creating a treatment plan.

I found the doctor very reassuring as I am very nervous about injections but she put my mind at rest . and we talked about my knee problem osteoarthritis and I found her comments very helpful actually I didn't feel the injection at all.as much as anyone can look forward to a hospital appointment I am quite looking forward to my next appointment in six months first class

Very pleased with the care from this consultant. Explains everything concisely. My treatment plan is clear and a feel fully involved in the process. I value her opinion and feel confident in her guidance. She is professional yet friendly and I feel free to ask questions. She is very busy but I do not feel rushed and feel that she is thorough and is acting in my best interest.

Dr Al-Shakarchi took great care to listen to what I had to report and took her time to properly diagnose my condition which hadn't been done in the past. She has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease to discuss any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would like to say thank you to her,and hope to continue to be treated by her in the future.
